Tomorrow, Tuesday October 6th, the second HAB Drill in coordination with R.E. Ginna Clean Energy Center will take place at the Town Hall Complex. Drill personnel will utilize the lower level parking lot at the Walworth Town Hall, the Lodge parking lot, and the Main Meeting Room and Lodge interior spaces as well.
During the drill the lower parking lot will be CLOSED at the Town Hall and access to outdoor areas/parking around the Lodge may be temporarily restricted.
These drills are a complex emergency preparedness exercise used to test how nuclear power plants, local law enforcement, and off-site agencies coordinate and respond to simulated security threats or armed attacks. You may notice a significant increase in law enforcement and security activity on site at the Town Hall &
Lodge during these drills. Please do not be alarmed - all activity will be standard drill protocol.
