The NYS ERAP program is a program that will allow low-income renters and their landlords the opportunity to apply for funds to cover rental arrears, prospective rent and utility arrears. 

This is an important resource in helping local rental property owners who have been adversely impacted by the eviction moratorium. 

The program officially opened on Tuesday, 6/1 and more than 31 applications have already been submitted More importantly, this represents applicants from more than 20 townships in Wayne County!
