Register for the Dog Park

Permit Application Packet

How to Register

All owners must submit application paperwork for their dog/s with the Recreation Department in order to use The Dog Park at Sherburne Park.

Dogs can be registered during normal business hours (M-F 8:00am-4:00pm) at the Recreation Department.

RESIDENTS

To register your dog/s, please provide:

A copy of your current Dog License issued by the Town of Walworth

$25.00 cash or check

Completed Sherburne Dog Park Permit Application

Signed Acknowledgment, Agreement, & Release Form

NON-RESIDENTS

To register your dog/s, please provide:

A copy of your current Dog License issued by the Town you reside in with an up to date address

A copy of your Rabies Certificate (from the Vet or Clinic) - NOT TAGS

$25.00 cash or check

Completed Sherburne Dog Park Permit Application

Signed Acknowledgment, Agreement, & Release Form

If you do not have copies of any of the documents above, the Recreation Department will happily make copies for you on site to provide with your application paperwork.
